We ask that you safely wrap your knives for travel (i.e. dish towels, bags, etc) and bring them to our booth. We sharpen on a first come, first-served basis. Usually, we can sharpen your knives on-site with same day pick up. Occasionally, we will schedule a drop-off later that week, or pick-up at next market. If your knives are rusty or would like them cleaned, we will need to take them off-site to our workshop. Cleaning iis free of charge.

Not a problem! We service the greater DFW area. If you would like to schedule a time for a pick-up of your items to sharpen, please hit the "Email Us to Schedule" button at the top of the page.

We sharpen on-site at our farmer's markets. If you would like us to sharpen on-site (i.e. restaurant, office, home) please email us for more details.

Most orders on-site will be completed within an hour, depending on the amount of knives and repairs, and customers ahead of you. For off-site sharpening, orders will be picked up and dropped off within the week.
